In order to expedite the check-in process and get you to your site or rental unit as quickly as possible, all reservations are to be prepaid in full at the time of booking. Cash, Money Order, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express Card. In accordance with Federal Reserve Board Guidelines, personal checks that you send us for payment may be processed electronically. This means that checks generally clear faster, banks no longer return the check and your statement is valid proof of payment. Credit Card payments may be taken over the phone, and will be validated at that time. Reservations not secured by deposit will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 7 days from the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a choice of a refund of amount less $25.00 bookkeeping fee (per site), or a choice to change your reservation date. Your reservation date must be changed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. There is a $10.00 fee for changing your date, allowed one time per original reservation. Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a full loss of the deposit.
Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore we do not give refunds due to discomfort of nature.
The fun continues rain or shine at Arrowhead Resort Campground.

LIVIN’ IN THE WILD, WILD WEST – Saturday 10 AM kids’ craft at the Pavilion $. 1 PM horse races on the basketball court. 3 PM pony rides. PRIZES. 7 to 10 PM Country Ho-down on the basketball court.
July 18th – 21st
SANTA CLAUSE IS COMING –Site decorating contest for everyone. PRIZES. Saturday 10:00 AM
Kids’ craft at the Pavilion $, 12 noon decorate the tree, 1 PM Santa arrives at Arrowhead.
Gift exchange in the Lodge $5. limit per gift.
July 25th – 28th
ARROWHEAD OLYMPICS – Designed for the competitors. Swim meet, track meet, shot-put, bike ride, long jump, beginning at 10 AM until… – PRIZES GALORE! Sign up early at front desk.
August 1ST – 3rd
ALOHA WEEKEND Saturday 10 AM kids’ craft at the Pavilion, 1 PM hula lessons for everyone.
5:00 PM LUAU pig roast $$. Bring a dish to pass. Reservations required. 7 PM Hula performance.
August 8th – 10th
HALLOWEEN HAUNTED WEEKEND – Bring your costumes. Be ready for a very scary weekend of
Fun. Saturday 10:00 AM kids’ craft at the Pavilion, 5 to 8 PM Magic Matt’s Family Fun show at the basketball court. 8:30 – 10:30 PM Masquerade Ball on the basketball court. Music by Insync.

REST AND RELAXING WEEKEND – Saturday 10 AM kids’ craft at the Pavilion. 1 PM volleyball tournament at the Sand Pit, 3 PM – Adults only wine and cheese tasting at the pool.

SUMMER’S END COOKOUT – Saturday 10 AM Kids’ crafts at the Pavilion, 1 PM Mini Golf Tournament, 5 PM Brats & Kraut, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips & Soda $. 7 PM Ice cream social $.
August 29TH - LABOR DAY WEEKEND – Saturday
10 AM kids’ crafts at Pavilion. Fun in the sun at Arrowhead.
September 1st DJ to be announced. 4-night minimum stay.

COLUMBUS DAY AUTUMN HARVEST FEST IN THE DELLS – Rake your leaves to the edge of the road for pickup. Wisconsin Dells on Tap, strolling magician, scarecrow stuffing, face painting, petting zoo. All in the Dells. 2:30 Eucher in the Lodge. 4 PM Potluck in the Lodge. Gather around the fire. Spin your favorite yarn and toast S’mores.
