Casa Grande -- rapidly growing community Most of the desired facilities Less of the stress associated with larger cities. Located within walking distance are: Grocery Stores / Wal-Mart Walgreens / Banks Restaurants / Medical Facilities Two outlet malls and many other stores are only a short drive away.

The Resort consists of 767 sites. All sites have full hook-ups, including some convenient pull-thru sites. Spaces 1-581 are 36' x 60' with patios and will accommodate RV's or Park Models. Spaces 582-767 are 40' x 68' with larger patios and will accommodate RV's or Park Models. Some of these spaces have Park Models available for rent.

The administrative and recreational buildings have over 18,000 sq. ft. of space. There are two sparkling clean laundry areas available to all guests. Private locked mail boxes and a service window, where guests can buy stamps and pick up packages, are available for all guests. There are two heated pools and a Jacuzzi with spacious lounging area among the palms to relax.

Three areas of the Resort are reserved for guests who have pets. For those who like to read and work on puzzles, there is an extensive lenders library. There is also an extensive modern computer lab available to all guests under conditions of the resort and Computer Club regulations.
