The Resort is situated just 4 miles from Historic Downtown Punta Gorda and nearby Fisherman’s Village. Our visitors can enjoy nearby boutiques, whimsical shops, waterfront dining and a variety of recreational activities offered in the community. Gulf View guests can swim in the pool, warm up in the spa, exercise while overlooking the creek (a state designated aquatic preserve) or just relax with a fishing pole on the dock. The resort has a boat launch with direct access to the waterway, perfect for flats boat, kayaks or canoes. For larger boats, the resort is only a 4 mile drive to Laishley Park and Marina in downtown
