Helpful Information

Refunds are issued if written notice is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date and is subject to a $30 per site cancellation fee. Cancellations received without the required notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. Camping is an outdoor experience. As such, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature or for early departures. NO exceptions.

ALL SITES: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July Week (6/30 - 7/5), Minimum stays apply to holiday periods and Americade.

Weekend Rate Fee - Add $10.00/day to site fee for Friday and Saturday Nights during 7/9-8/22, Minimum stay 2 nights. High season rates apply to All Hookup sites during Garage Sale Weekend (2 night minimum) and Columbus Day Weekend (3 night Minimum).

Rates do not include $3 per night Resort Fee. Rates above are for up to 2 persons. Each Overnight and Day Visitor ages 6 & up, add $6.00/day.

RV Sites: Maximum 6 adults and 8 persons per site including visitors.

Tent Sites: Rate Based on 2 Adults: Maximum 4 adults and 6 persons per site including visitors.

Campers desiring to stay for a single night on a Friday or Saturday are always welcome, if available, on a walk-up basis only. NYS Sales and Occupancy tax does not apply to campsites regardless of length of stay. Additional taxes and fees may apply. Prices subject to change without notice.
