CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
14 days prior to reservation start date: Full Refund less a $10.00 processing fee.
7 days prior to reservation start date: Camping Credit only
3 days or less prior to reservation start date: No Refund / No Camping Credit
No Refunds for holiday reservations under any circumstances
Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.

All rates include FREE use of the pool and fishing
One Camping Unit or Tent per site
All RV rates are based on a family of 6

Tent Sites rates are based on a family of 4 and include water, electric, & cable TV
Reservations accepted for a minimum of 2 nights on regular weekends and 3 nights on Holiday weekends.

Season is April 1st - October 31st. If you wish to cap during the winter months the cost will be $20 per night.
Our specific activities are scheduled weekly around the forecast weather.We have certain events that happen every week such as Every Sunday,Wednesday and Friday Movie nights. (Sunday - Older persons moviePG-13)(Wednesday and Friday Family - G Rated) all on our 12' x 8' outdoormovie theatre (Golf Cart Drive-In) Every Tuesday evening is our Guitar HeroCompetition Again, on the big screen. On Saturday evenings we have a DJDance, as well as our Flashlight Lollipop Hunt for all children under theage of 13... Horseshoes every Saturday, Adult bingo and gospel Singingevery Friday Night.
