Helpful Information:
Reservations under 30 days are paid in full at time of reservation
Reservations 30 days or longer: Deposit: ½ down when making reservation – paid in full one month in advance of arrival
Cancel/Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed with a 48-hour cancellation notice for daily and weekly reservations.
A cancellation notification of less than 48-hours will result in a $25.00 administrative processing fee.
Same day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the full deposit.
For reservations of one month or longer, full refund of your reservation deposit will be made for notifications made forty-five days in advance of original arrival date.
For cancellations received less than forty-five days from arrival a full refund of the deposit for a death, or documented major family medical emergency if made prior to check-in.
No refunds due to bad weather or leaving early.
