From North Florida
From North Florida take I-75 to the Florida Turnpike South. Take Turnpike to I-4 west. Take I-4 West To Exit 64. As you go up the ramp, the exit will split, bear left and go east onto Hwy 192E. Go one mile east and make a right hand turn at Holiday Trail. Follow to the end of the road into Tropical Palms.
From South Florida

From Orlando Intl Airport
From Orlando Intl Airport take Hwy 417 South to Celebration Exit, Exit 2. Make a right at the end of the off ramp. Go to first traffic light and make a right onto Hwy 192. Go two traffic lights and make a right onto Holiday Trail. Resort will be at the end of Holiday Trail (NOTE: $2.25 in toll fees will be necessary on the Osceola Parkway).
