CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
ˇ NO SHOW - Refund will not be granted.
ˇ SHORT TERM - DAILY OR WEEKLY
o Full refund of deposit 48 hours prior to arrival.
o No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
ˇ LONG TERM - ONE MONTH OR LONGER
o 90-days prior to reservation start date - Full refund minus 10% of total reservation amount.
o 60-days prior to reservation start date - Refund of 50% of amount paid.
o Less than 60-days prior to reservation start date - No refund. Amount may be credited one time to a future reservation within one-year of original reservation date or forfeited.
ˇEARLY DEPARTURE- If a stay is shorter than original reservation and less than one month no refund will be given. If one month or longer the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate type (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.); Credit of the adjusted unused portion of the payment minus $150.00 administrative fee will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date or forfeited.
* A Security deposit of $500 dollars will be charged additionally at check in. Deposit will be Refunded at check out once a walk through has been completed.
*No Smoking and No Pets in our Sandcasltes Cottages
*Sandcastles are available to reserve Monthly, Weekly or for a 2 Week period. |
