Sandy Beach RV Resort Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

TRANSIENT CAMPING & CABIN RENTALS

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

All reservations require:
A minimum two nights deposit, (3 or 4 nights for holiday weekends) for a weekend reservation
A minimum two nights deposit for a weeks reservation.

$100.00 for 1 or more month(s) reservation

Pre-paid for the seasonal reservation

All deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation with either:
(Time permitting depending on the arrival date).
Cash, Check, Money Order, Travelers Check, Credit Card.
* Reservations not secured by a deposit within the 7 days will be cancelled.

There is a $100.00 CASH deposit for cabin rentals.
We do not hold reservations on a credit card without processing a charge through the credit card machine.
We do not hold campsite without deposits.

CANCELLATIONS:

We do not give refunds due to the discomfort of weather since camping is an outdoor experience!!!

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a choice of:
A certificate of credit for the full amount of the deposit, (Good this year).
A refund of the full amount (less $25.00 administrative fee).

Reservation cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will not receive a credit or a refund! Rates included 2 adults and their children. Any additional children age 6-17 are $5 extra per night. Adults 18 & older are $10 per night.Children 5 and under are free.

Campfires Never leave unattended! Small and confined in the fireplace. Drench with water before retiring! Do not leave children alone with fire. Do not move fireplace without management permission. Pets Pets must be leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed on beach or play area. Please don't leave unattended at site making noise. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. Waterfront PARENTS are responsible for their children. No child under 12 allowed in water without adult supervision. No child under 5 allowed in beach area unsupervised. Please stay within 50 feet of the safety rope unless accompanied by a boat. No huge floats or rafts in the roped swim area. Beach and waterfront area is closed at dark or 9pm. No parking on beach or access road to beach. GLASS containers are prohibited in the beach area! Please do not leave cigarette butts or trash on the BEACH! Boats NO OUTBOARD MOTORS! Boats to be stowed at dock or dock area, not on beach. Bicycles Ride on roadways ONLY! No riding after dark. Bathhouse NO BARE FEET! Children 3 and under must be accompanied. Vandalism or unnecessary trashing will result in eviction!

2-0-2 Special: Enjoy 2 consecutive weekends and leave your unit unplugged on-site for free during midweek.

Buy 3-4-2!: All spring and fall (excluding Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend), pay for 2 nights and get a 3rd night free!
