DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
*Daily - Pay in Full.
*1 to 3 Month - One month deposit due at time of reservation.
Balance due on reservation start date.
*4 to 5 Month
- One month deposit due at time of reservation.
50% of balance due on reservation start date.
Final balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
*6 month or longer
- One month deposit due at time of reservation.
50% of balance due on reservation start date.
25% of balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
Final balance due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation.
*Annual
*Park Model/Tied Down units � One month deposit required for new
Guests.
*RV annuals - One month deposit.
*Monthly payment schedule for annual reservations available subject to good credit history and credit card
agreement on file.
Deposit Payment: The method for payment of deposits is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
No Show � Refund will not be granted.
Short Term � Daily (1-29 days)
Full refund of deposit 48 hours prior to arrival.
No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Long Term � One month or longer � Winter (October � March)
Cancellation made prior to 60 days of arrival date � full refund minus $150 administrative fee.
Less than 60 days-deposit may be pushed forward one year from original arrival date or will be forfeited.
Long Term � One month or longer � Summer (April - September)
Cancellation made prior to 60 days of arrival date � full refund minus 10% of reservation.
Less than 60 days-deposit may be pushed forward one year from original arrival date or will be forfeited.
Early Departure � If a stay is shorter than original reservation and less than one month no refund will be given. If one month or longer the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate type (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.);
Credit of the adjusted unused portion of the payment minus $150.00 administrative fee will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date or forfeited.

*Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the Regional level.
Special Events Cancellation Policy (Race Week / Bike Week / Coke 400 / Biketoberfest and Rallies): Reservations cancelled 90 days previous to an event will be entitled to a full refund with a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled between 60 and 31 days previous to an event will have a $100.00 cancellation fee assessed. Cancellations made within 30 days of an event are NOT entitled to any refund.
