Stay for $450 a month on a value site April thru December, or for $495 per month January thru March. Rate includes water, sewer, cable and tax.  Electricity is metered.

Available: 12/1/2012-5/1/2013 - ($1,450.00) to ($3,090.00)

Early Bird Special $200 off Seasonal Stay must book by March 17th 2012. Stay with us for 4 Months and Receive a Discount Monthly Rate.
Electric is additional.
Book 3 months or longer and put your vacation on layaway today.
A $200 deposit is due at time of booking and then the resort manager will call you to set up a payment plan that fits your needs.
