- Guests aged 12 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
- Pets are allowed.
The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals .

Reservation & Payment Policies:
- Your Credit Card will be charged 1st Nights Site Charge prior to arrival.
- Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
- To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877)717-8737 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Cancellations made within 7 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Site and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
- In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
- Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.
- Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.
Helpful Information
Office Hours Off Season: Sept thru April 2011 are 8AM to 4 PM.
Office will be closed for Lunch: Noon until 1PM.
Full refunds are allowed with a one week cancellation notice for daily and weekly reservations (excluding holidays).
No shows will also forfeit the deposit.
For reservations over holiday weekends cancellations must be made 45 days prior to arrival for a full refund, less than 45 days notice results in forfeiture of deposit.
For reservations of one month or longer, a full refund of your reservation deposit will be made for notifications made 45 days in advance of original arrival date.
For cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held in account to be used anytime within the next 12 months.
The only exceptions would be a documented major family medical emergency or death, which will entitle a guest to a full refund prior to check in.
