Helpful Information:
Cancellations made for reservations less than 30 days can be made within 2 days(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of $25. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.
For Stays of 30 Days or Longer:
For a full refund to be issued cancellations must be made prior to September 1st, 2008. After the 1st your deposit will be held for a future stay to be used within one year or the following season.
Rates are based on 2 persons. Electricity is additional.
Utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards.
Activities Schedule:
Monday thru Friday:
water aerobics, aerobic exercise, water walking, and card games.
Sunday:
Non-denominational service, ice cream social, bean bag toss, Texas Hold’ em, and card bingo.
Monday:
Line dancing, shuffleboard, pot lucks, veggie vendor, and hugs project.
Tuesday:
Beginning Square dance class, Square dance plus, burger night, Texas Hold’em , and Bingo.
Wednesday: Park meeting with coffee & donuts, court whisk, and line dancing.
Thursday:
Shuffle board, shrimp vendor, and Lady’s quilting.
Fridays:
Line dancing, shuffleboard, and jam sessions.
Entertainment in season:
Top notch country band- Saturdays
The Ivey Show, Barbara Fairchild, and many more.
Theme Parties:
Mardi Gras, Super Bowl, St. Patrick’s, Valentine’s, and Welcome Winter Texan extravaganza.
Dinner events:
Thanksgiving, Holiday Season, The famous Wood Club Spaghetti, and Easter.
Crafts:
Stained glass classes, Craft Shows & luncheons, Wood Club, quilting, and many more.
