Helpful Information:
Thank you for choosing Tropical Palms for your upcoming stay in the Orlando area. While you are with us we hope that you and
your party will take advantage of all the facilities we have to offer.
Check In-RV Sites are 1pm. Cottages are 4pm.
Check Out-RV Sites are 11am. Cottages are 10am.
A full day fee will be applied to all late Check outs.
All of our cottages are non-smoking and some cottages allow pets (maximum 2). There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50
per week ($75 per week for Platinum cottages).
A refundable pet deposit is also required - $300 for Platinum cottages and $150 for
all other cottages.
Pets are allowed on any RV site at no charge.
Cottages have a stocked kitchen, TV, linens, and towels. We do not provide daily housekeeping. Interim cleans are available for a
$25 fee.
Fresh towel exchange is also available for a $5 fee.
ALL COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
In order to accommodate all our guests please be aware of our cancellation policies.
If we receive notification of cancellation prior to 24hrs. of arrival
will refund all monies paid, less $10.00 per night for the length of
your stay with a maximum amount of $70.00 Failure to contact or show
will result in no refund. We do not provide refunds for early
departures.
All reservations less than 30 days in duration must be paid in full upon booking.

Summer activities include treasure hunts, bingo, horse shoes, volleyball, basketball, and weekly pool parties with a DJ. Children’s programs, crafts and videos available. |
