Policies

General Policies:
• Check In Time: 1:00 PM
• Check Out Time: 12:00 PM
• Minimum Check In Age is 18 Years Old
• Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
• Pets are allowed.

  The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals .
  

  Late Arrival arrangements. Please go to Front Door where there will be a packet with your name on it. Inside is a map showing your site and other information such as WiFi and Bathroom Codes. Please check-in after 8am the next morning.

  Reservation & Payment Policies:

• Your Credit Card will be charged 1st Nights Site Charge prior to arrival.
• Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877)362-6736 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
• Cancellations made within 7 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Site and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
• In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
• Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.
• Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

  Helpful Information

  Late arrivals please look for the envelope with your name on it on the night registration board. Please register the following morning.

  CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds are allowed with a one-week cancellation notice for daily and weekly reservations (excluding Holidays*).

  Deposits are not refundable with less than a one-week cancellation notice. No-shows will also forfeit the deposit.

  For reservations of one month or longer, full refund of your reservation deposit will be made for notifications made forty-five (45) days in advance of original arrival date. For cancellations received less than forty-five days from arrival date, the deposit amount will be held on account to be used anytime within the next 12 months.

  *Refunds are allowed with a 30-day cancellation notice for any days over holidays.Cancellations over a Holiday Time will require 30 Days Notice to avoid a penalty.

  If your pet demonstrates aggressive behavior, you may be asked to leave the Resort. for questions please contact the Resort.
