- Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.

Reservation & Payment Policies:
- Your Credit Card will be charged Reservation Total prior to arrival.
- Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
- To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (800)424-5746 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Cancellations made within 45 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of $10. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
- In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
- Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.
- Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.
