Cranes Roost Park is a beautiful 37 acre lakeside park situated in the heart of Altamonte Springs' Business District. Many of the City's major events take place here, such as July 4th's "Red Hot and Boom!". It's a perfect park for concerts, art shows and many other special events. This is a great place to do your daily walking and/or enjoy a lunchtime break. Features include a one-mile continuous lighted boardwalk and covered pavilions, various ornamental plants, huge shade trees, park benches, floating stage, 900-seat amphitheater, handicapped-accessible restrooms and ranger station.
