Escape from the hustle of your daily life and camp surrounded by sparkling area lakes, friendly staff and some of the area's finest accommodations. The campground offers spacious, big-rig friendly RV sites with 30/50 amp hookups, Patio RV sites with concrete parking pad and fire ring and premium back-in sites. No RV? No problem. We have 34 fully furnished cabins available for you. Our Deluxe Cabins come with all the comforts of home! Featuring full size kitchen, private bedroom(s), full bathroom, linens, cookware and all serve ware. Whether you want to camp classically by RV, set up a tent or try one of our Cabins, we are confident you and your family will love camping with us.
You might be tempted to never leave the campground! We have stocked fishing lakes, basketball, horse shoes, pickle ball, playground, jump pad and so much more! Take a splash in our heated sparkling outdoor pool or relax after a long day of exploring by soaking in the hot tub. Look for more fun and campground upgrades to be added over the winter of 2021!
When not enjoying the campground activities, explore downtown Montgomery - the birthplace of the Texas flag! We are also just 2 minutes away from Lake Conroe's 21,000 acres of water recreation, golf courses, shopping, and restaurants.

General Policies
- RV check-in: 11 a.m.
- RV check-out: 11 a.m.
- Rental check-in: 3 p.m.
- Rental check-out: 11 a.m.
- Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
- Guests aged 14 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.
- Two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.
After Hours Arrival
- For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 553-7484.
- To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
- By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: if I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- RV & Tent Sites: Cancelations made 7 days or less before arrival will forfeit the first night's deposit. Cancelations made 8 days or more in advance will be charged a $20 cancelation fee.
- Accommodations (Cabin Rentals): Cancelations made 14 days or less before arrival will forfeit the first night's deposit. Cancelations made 15 days or more in advance will be charged a $20 cancelation fee.
