Hurricane Nicole
We continue to monitor the path of Hurricane Nicole and its impact on our resorts, communities and marinas in Florida. If you would like to change your reservation or cancel your visit, please call our customer contact center at 888-237-3211, Thousand Trails members can login into their accounts at ThousandTrails.com to update reservations. Please note, we anticipate unusually high call volume in response to the storm. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work to assist our customers.
Please note that offices at certain resorts, communities and marinas will begin to close on Tuesday, November 8 so that our team members can prepare their homes and care for their families in advance of the storm.
Please continue to monitor the National Hurricane Center and local news outlets for information regarding specific evacuation orders.
